  • This trip will send 3 members of SOLC, 2 sophomores and 1 freshman, to a conference where they will be able to learn more about student leading and facilitating skills that are not currently preset in SOLC. Costs include paying for registration as well as lodging for the members. Total cost of event is $427.50

• URI Bee Club

• Planning on giving out potted plants to students on Earth day
• Cost will go to buy pots, soil, and seeds. Net price per unit is only $0.37. These will be used to educate students on the affect that bees have on our population and the impact of further population loss.

• Aquarium Club
  • 2 5 gallon tanks and equipment associated with them
  • These tanks will be used to display some of the fish at Earth day and welcome days because the tanks they currently have (7 and 10 gallon) are too large to transport. This equipment will be stored on campus.
