- “Why is the food critical?” – Food is critical because it ties in all the Latin American experiences and is vital to the real experience of the culture. (Already registered with catering).
- Expecting 100-180 people to be present.
- The group went to different assets (Mary Jo, Naomi) on campus for help with fundraising but they have not heard back from these assets. They have done some fundraising for LASA week itself.
- Because of total for past 3 contingency grants being over $1000 we have to move to immediate consideration, so we will have to go to the senate floor for immediate consideration (as their warning).
