• Gaming club is asking for a dehumidifier

○ The room is stuffy and the air conditioning is not working in their room. They have

tried fans to lower the heat.

○ The room should be room temperature since it is in the Union

○ Decided to hold off and talk to the building managers and Bruce to get this fixed.

• SAAH asking for money for DJ and their event this upcoming Thursday

○ The event is 9/11 and it is Pajama themed in the MU Ballroom

○ The DJ asked for $450 but they were able to negotiate to $300

○ We expect around 400 people to attend

○ The DJs will be playing from 10pm1am

○ Finance committee needs to make internal decision for a cap on DJs
