Re-Recognition Application for Student Senate

This application must be completely filled out before it can be considered by the Senate.

Mandatory: for all groups filing for re-recognition. Please upload a membership list for your organization. Contact information is not required, however you may be asked for it at a later date.

If this group provides lessons accessible to all students where they can learn a particular skill and the organization would like funding to go towards instruction please submit proof of instructor's experience and/or training.
