 Puppy Raisers
○ Alexis and Caitlyn
○ No set meeting, meet about every 2-3 weeks
○ 17 active members and 45 interested members
○ Elections were held to standards
○ Purpose: to educate the URI community and the greater public about guiding eyes for the blind and puppy raising
for guiding eyes for the blind
○ Goals: work with guiding eyes for the blind. work the puppies from an age of three months to a year and a half.
○ Other notes: working with housing and residential life on writing a contract for risk management
○ Recommendation: Unfunded Organization

URI Debate Union
○ Elections were not held to standard so we can’t move forward

Generation Students
○ Nick and Steven (Pastor)
○ Meet on fridays in the MCC
○ 10 active members

○ Purpose: to provide students with information about local churches but also create relationships with the local
community
○ Goals: connect studies with parishes or groups of faith to involve themselves in
○ Recommendation: Unfunded Organization

Talent Development Student Advisory Council
○ No set meeting time yet, working on it through a google form
○ 17-18 active members and 30 interested members
○ Elections were held to standards
○ Purpose: educate the community about the TD program, break stereotypes, and
○ be advocates for the underrepresented students on campus
○ Goals: to be advocates for students going through the program and help with outreach and recruiting
○ Other notes: meeting the 4th @ 4 in Edward’s Auditorium
○ Recommendation: Funded Organization
