COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:

• Rework question 8-
• Mandatory fill out president, vice president, secretary, treasurer
• Groups applying for new category must say which one they want
• Discuss bylaw changes next week when full committee is here
• Two groups will come next week after they fix their elections.
• Composting Club, Collegiate S.M.I.L.E.S will come next week.
• Presidents meeting next Monday, February 4th
• Make sure clubs update meeting times, Erica will send out reminder email
• Is there a student involvement fair in the spring? Will look into it
• Creating poster with club meeting times, location
• Come prepared next week to work on bylaws, go through it and have suggestions.
