  • Hospitality Co-coordinator  
    • Works along side the coordinator, junior level, 4 hours’ office per week. Multitasks with the coordinator to assure the act’s needs are met. Add the extra person to assure the day’s tasks are met if needed the act. Listed as Junior position whereas the the coordinator is senior level. Any talent that comes in and send a document with the needs of the act and the necessities that the act will need. Having two coordinators are necessary and the show day can often be crazy so therefore the position is needed in double. One person would not be able to handle the responsibilities of the position due to an increase of stress level and needing to be at different locations.
