   1. Who attended: Vice president, treasurer
   2. Meeting time and place: Planning to reserve space in the Memorial Union, previously met in Butterfield lounge
   3. Members – 20
   4. Elections held to our standards: Yes
   5. Purpose: offshoot of non-profit organization to raise money for families with pediatric cancer. Provide a vital life-line to families in need.  Teach fundraising and organizational skills to members.
   6. Goals: hold activities such a car wash or yogathon to raise money to help family pay for medical bills
   7. RECOMMENDATION: UNFUNDED
      1. Vote ( 4 – 0 – 0 )
      2. Need to attend senate meeting on __April 6, 2016____________
