Biography

Hi everyone! My name is Ellie and this semester I will be serving as the Graduate Intern for the First Year Experience program. I earned my B.A. in Psychology and B.S. in Human Development & Family Science in 2023, right here at URI, and I’m now primarily working in the College of Business while pursuing my M.S. in College Student Personnel. I’ve worked in career services, orientation, advising, academic coaching, event programming, and as a URI 101 Instructor. A couple fun facts about me: In summer 2025 I lived in Boston working at Wentworth Institute of Technology supervising the Orientation Team, and in summer 2024 I road-tripped across the country to San Diego, stopping at 6 National Parks along the way! I love traveling, hiking, the beach, art, reading and an occasional binge-worthy reality tv show 🙂 I’m passionate about the First Year Experience and can’t wait to get started!
