Goal:
The goal of this is to develop techniques for embedding sensors into garments to provide feedback for a deep-brain stimulation therapy. We propose a novel method for collecting reliable fine-grain monitoring from the limbs of the patient through gloves and socks.
We show how the use of clothing can provide an intuition for medical device use as well as a more intimate sensing platform on which to derive suggestions for new deep-brain stimulation parameters for the care provider.
