Biography
José Miguel Cantón is a graduate student with a research assistantship at the Wearable Biosensing Lab (WBL), at The University of Rhode Island. He studied a BS in Biomedical Engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City. He conducted research at the WBL for his bachelor’s as a graduation project, where he developed a haptic feedback system for lower limb prostheses. He is now studying the Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Master’s Program.
Research
His current research interests include Prosthetics, Rehabilitation Engineering, Wearable Systems, Technology for Disability.
Education
