We are a multidisciplinary center devoted to the study and teaching of all aspects of work and employment, including the practice of labor relations and human resources.
The SLRC is home to one of the foremost graduate programs in labor relations and human resources in the United States. We offer a Master of Science degree with a specialization in either labor relations or human resources. In addition to the MS program, we offer graduate professional certificates in Labor Relations and Human Resources. We also offer a dual M.S./J.D. with Roger Williams University School of Law.
In addition, the SLRC administers an interdepartmental minor in Work, Labor, and Social Justice.
