Academic Advising Resources
The BIS in General Studies is an online degree completion program designed for students who have completed prior college credits and are looking to finish their bachelor’s degree fully online. The program offers courses in effective communication, strategic thinking, and ethics and leadership. Students will complete the major core and then choose major electives that support their interests and career goals.
Courses are offered in 7-week sessions through our accelerated online calendar, with two sessions in each term (Spring, Summer, Fall). Students can start the program in Spring, Summer, or Fall semester.

Major Entry Requirements
- Minimum 24 credits at an accredited post-secondary institution
- Minimum 2.00 cumulative GPA in credits taken at all institutions
