Biography

I received both my B.A. in Psychology (2016) and M.A. in Adult Education (2018) from the University of Rhode Island. My background in higher education extends to roles that have encompassed advising, academic success services, residential life, and supporting new students in their transition to college. Before joining the UCAS team, I was an Academic Advisor at Bryant University, working with undergraduate students in both the College of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences. I value my meetings with students as an opportunity for collaborative growth and learning. My favorite part of the advising process is helping a student recognize their hidden strengths.

Outside of URI I enjoy weekend trips to the beach, discovering new restaurants, reading, running, and most importantly: quality time with my family and friends. I am a huge food enthusiast, and I enjoy eating as much as I love spending all day outside. I’m a big advocate for self-care and believe that making time in college to recharge and focus on healthy activities that you love is most important.
