Ocean Science Exploration Camp at the Inner Space Center

The Inner Space Center’s Ocean Science Exploration Camp is a week-long, Rhode Island, day camp (9 a.m. – 3 p.m. daily), that explores different oceanographic themes. Through a variety of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and field investigations, campers explore the dynamic properties of the global ocean, the animals that live within it, and the tools and technologies used for ocean exploration. Campers will also engage with scientists and engineers and discover ocean careers.

Two weeks of Ocean Science Exploration Camp will take place during the Summer of 2021. One week is intended for high school students, the other, for middle schoolers. For camp dates, fees, and a registration link, please visit the camp website or email Holly Morin (holly_morin@uri.edu).
