The URI Men’s Lacrosse team plays in Division 2 of the Continental Lacrosse League, a conference in the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) competing against teams like University of Bridgeport, Bridgewater State, Central Connecticut State, Fitchburg State, University of New Haven, and Stonehill College. Tryouts are held each September. The team practices and competes from September through May with a fall ball season from September through early November and the primary competitive season being early March through May.

- We practice three times a week.
Where does your team practice/play/compete?
- We practice and host home games at Meade Stadium.

- We mostly travel within New England; however, we usually take two trips in the Spring that are outside of the region.

- We compete against New England teams in the MCLA.
How do athletes get to games?
- We carpool using personal vehicles to attend most games; however, we fly or rent a charter bus when we travel outside of New England.
Does your team collect dues? If so, how much?
- Yes. Our annual dues are $1,400 per player.
Aside from practices and competitions, what other commitments are expected from members of the team?
- Outside of competitions, we host fundraising events and team-building activities.
