Biography

Ariane is a Sr. Recruiter with Lifespan, supporting behavioral health roles at Gateway Healthcare. With 12+ years of recruiting experience specializing in healthcare, finance, accounting, supply chain, customer service, and administrative roles, she is adept at understanding both the needs of candidates and hiring teams.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Ariane earned a BS in Communications from Boston University. She enjoys working with workforce development initiatives including Year Up, Junior Achievement of Rhode Island, RI Executive Office of Health & Human Services, and the Center for Health + Justice Transformation. She also serves as the Industry Co-Chair for RIDE CTE programs in healthcare and as a Board Member with Rhode Island Youth Theatre.
