Biography

Doreen Osgood-Dean is the director of the Amgen Biotech Experience RI site program. This grant is a global innovative science education program that introduces high school students to the excitement of scientific discovery and builds bridges between school and the real-life biosciences. In addition, Dr. Osgood-Dean is a faculty member in the Biotechnology program and manages the Biotechnology lab courses. Prior to joining URI, she was the senior analytical scientist at Molecular MS Diagnostics and a research scientist in Neurosurgery Research, Rhode Island Hospital.
