Registration
Registration is required to participate in the Fall 2025 commencement ceremony. Registration is still open, but students who register after November 1 may not be guaranteed the full allotment of guest tickets. Each registered graduate will be permitted to bring up to eight guests to the ceremony if they registered by Nov. 1st. Graduates who register after Nov. 1 will not be guaranteed guest tickets.
An email was sent on Tuesday, Nov. 4, to graduates who have registered to attend the ceremony, with a link to download their electronic tickets and share with their guests. As a reminder, graduates must be preregistered to participate, and each guest, regardless of age, must have a ticket with a unique QR code to enter the venue. The ceremony will also be live streamed and recorded for family and friends to view virtually.
Parking
All graduates and guests should park in the Plains Road Parking Lot (Lot 25). See additional parking information and drop-off locations for the Ryan Center.
Entrance and Arrival Time
Guests should enter the Ryan Center through the main (north side) lobby entrance. Doors will open for guests one hour before the start of the ceremony.
- Graduates will be directed around the left side of the Ryan Center to enter through the south lobby entrance for registration. Graduates should arrive one hour before the start of the ceremony. Please leave any personal belongings, such as coats, in vehicles or with family members before entering the Ryan Center.
- Marching faculty will be directed around the right side of the building to enter through the staff/media entrance and register inside the loading dock area. Marching faculty should arrive one hour before the start of the ceremony.
