Masks will continue to be mandatory for everyone aboard University shuttles. While wearing masks in most indoor areas on campus is now optional, please remember that masks are required at URI Health Services and on all URI Shuttles and SafeRide, until further notice.

Please be considerate of our drivers and note that masks are required to be worn for the duration of your ride on all public transportation. Drivers can and will refuse to board anyone not wearing a mask that completely covers their nose and mouth.

Masking continues to be recommended for individuals who are immunocompromised or at high risk for disease, as well as for anyone who has a personal preference.
