Cybersecurity Awareness Month is your opportunity to learn practical, everyday ways to protect personal and institutional data — because cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility.
What’s Happening This Month
Join us for expert-led AMAs (Ask Me Anything) where you’ll learn how to spot risks, stay secure, and protect your information.
All events are open to students, faculty, and staff.
Cybersecurity Table at Quad Fest
Date: Tuesday, October 6th, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
Location: URI Quad, East End, ITS Tables
Details: Come by the ITS Tables to talk with experts, ask questions, and learn about how you can help URI stay cybersafe.
In-Person Cybersecurity AMA
Date: Tuesday, October 20th, from 11 am to 12 pm
Location: Memorial Union, Main Entrance, Booth 1
