UAS Flight Notice

Complete the following form to file a Flight Notice for Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) as required by the University’s Policy on Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS). The UAS Remote Pilot-In-Charge is required to file this form on the day of the UAS flight and prior to launch, for any UAS operated from or over URI property. NOTE: You must have a URI Flight Permit Number issued prior to filing this form. The University of Rhode Island does not permit operation of any Uncrewed Aircraft System (drones, model aircraft, etc.) from or over its property without prior authorization.
