
Meghan Soens is currently the VP & Global General Manager for Endoscopy division at Boston Scientific. In this role she will continue to lead US Sales, and has assumed additional commercial responsibilities, including sales operations and global marketing, where she isnresponsible for the full product lifecycle – from innovation and concept ideation to commercial execution.
An alumna of the International Engineering Program, she earned her B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in both Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. In 2010 she received her MBA in Marketing from Kellogg School of Management.
Before being hired at Boston Scientific, she worked at both Kimberly-Clark Corp and Baxter Healthcare, where she began her transition from product development to sales and marketing.
During her time at Boston Scientific, Meghan has held a variety of positions. She started out as a group marketing manager, specializing in endoscopy, a role which then took her to Paris. In France, she held the positions of director of marketing, EMEA and interim sales director for France and Belgium, both in the area of urology and pelvic health.
Then, as director of sales, Meghan led a $225M Sales Division with a team of 60 people, including region managers, sales and support representatives and other matrix reporting lines. She then became the area vice president of GI sales at Boston Scientific in Marlborough, MA, before moving into her current role.
