Reporting to the Office of the Provost, the University’s Online Education and Instructional Design team within URI Online provides technical assistance for instructional technologies, best practices in online learning and instruction, and collaborates with the IT Teaching & Learning Services (TLS) group, who aids University instructors with all the University’s instructional technology tools including support for Brightspace, the university’s Learning Management System (LMS).
