Education and Training: Establishing a Baseline of Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act

September 26, 2025, marked the 52nd anniversary of the passage of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, a landmark civil rights law introduced to promote greater opportunities for individuals with disabilities in service delivery and employment, which laid the groundwork for the introduction of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

To honor this milestone, the Division of Administration and Finance hosted a lunch-and-learn event, which took place on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 12:00PM-1:00PM.

This self-paced training includes a recording of the lunch-and-learn event.
