A submission into the resume bank does not guarantee that any individual will be offered an interview or employment into the federal sphere. However, it does give the chance to be discovered for a federal position for ninety (90) days.
This is an opportunity to put one’s resume out there for federal employers to be able to see and select from. The specific benefits would be dependent on if one is selected for a position and then dependent on the specifics of that position.
