Traineeships for EU Nationals
The European Commission offers traineeships to work all over the European Commission, its services and agencies, mostly in Brussels, but also in Luxembourg and elsewhere across the EU. The traineeship is open to all EU citizens, regardless of age.
Traineeships in the European Parliament (EU Nationals)
The European Parliament offers two types of traineeships: Traineeships in the Secretariat (Schuman traineeships) and Traineeships with Members of the European Parliament. Applicants must be aged 18 or over; be nationals of a Member State of the European Union or an accession/candidate country, hold a university level diploma; have a thorough knowledge of one of the official EU languages
Trials
This is a five-week pre-law program that takes place at either Harvard or New York University (they switch off years) to support underrepresented populations in their pursuit of law school and the passing of the LSATs. Throughout these weeks, the students in the program will be able to create custom study plans that allow them to effectively pass the practice LSAT exams that they sit through through their time in the program. In addition, students have the chance to attend lectures and lunches given by professionals in the field that each feature time for specific questions from students. Students are also given opportunities to see law in practice in either New York City or in Boston, depending on the location of the program that year.

Awarded to juniors who want to make a difference: bright, outstanding young leaders committed to a career in public service ($30,000 for graduate study). Maximum of 4 nominees per year per institution. The campus pre-application is due each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

William Randolph Hearst Endowed Fellowship for Minority Students
This fellowship is an opportunity for minority students to work with the Aspen Institute Program on Philanthropy and Social Innovation in Washington, DC as an intern for the fall, spring, and summer months. For the fall and spring semesters, fellows can expect to work fifteen to twenty hours per week and that will go up to twenty-five hours per week during the summer. During these hours, awardees can expect to work on research as well as administrative, logistical, and writing support for PSI events and programs. These events and programs focus on bringing more attention to grant-making foundations, nonprofit organizations, and the like in hopes of creating positive impacts on communities around the country.
