Biography

Patty has over thirteen years of experience with the Office of General Counsel.  Her primary focus is providing administrative support to the General Counsel and Associate General Counsels. She coordinates the University’s response to third-party information and document requests.  Patty also works closely with various University departments on information gathering, monitoring deadlines, and the OGC’s contract review process.

Prior to joining the University, Patricia served five years as executive assistant to the general counsel for the Rhode Island Board of Governors for Higher Education and many years working at Brown University and in private law firms serving as an executive assistant.

Patty holds an Associate’s Degree from Bryant University and is a commissioned Rhode Island Notary Public.
