Attendees will get an overview of the benefits of joining these two 5-year, dual Bachelor degree programs, through which students can simultaneously graduate with a B.S. in an engineering discipline and a B.A. in Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Italian, or Spanish, or combine a business degree with a foreign language. Both programs feature an integrated year of studying/interning in countries where the target language is spoken, such as Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Spain, or Taiwan. Students from the 2019-2020 cohorts who returned from their seven months sojourn abroad in Spring 2020 share how they could leverage the lessons they learned for their personal growth and professional life.

Sandra Deeb, French IEP, studied at Université de Technologie in Compiègne, interned at France Energies Marines

Brian DuBois, Italian IEP & Mechanical Engineering, studied at University of Calabria, interned at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence
