Biography

Holly Eva Allen is a graduate teaching assistant and PhD scholar in the English department at URI. She has previously taught courses on inclusive pedagogy/andragogy and teaching portfolio creation at Claremont Graduate University. Holly’s areas of research interest include Disability Studies, American Literature, the Gothic, and Queer Theory. Holly’s work has previously been published in a variety of journals, including Women’s Studies, The Journal of American Culture, and Interdisciplinary Literary Studies: A Journal of Criticism and Theory.
