Congrats to Tousif Islam, who recently accepted a postdoctoral fellowship position at the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics (KITP) at UC Santa Barbara. These internationally competitive postdoctoral positions allow for full scientific freedom in carrying out a research agenda, and most enviable of all, a beautiful beach is right next to the KITP building.
