We’re thrilled to share that Ritesh Bachhar successfully defended his PhD in physics at the University of Rhode Island this July. His dissertation, “Advancing Gravitational Waveform Modeling for Binary Black Holes: Expanding Parameter Space and Quantifying Uncertainty,” tackles the challenging problem of creating fast, accurate, and reliable gravitational-wave models—particularly for intermediate-mass-ratio inspirals where traditional methods fall short.
Please join us in congratulating Ritesh on this outstanding achievement!
