Biography

Jessie Reape is a seasoned strategic communications leader with 20 years of experience partnering with changemakers to shape conversations and action around some of the most critical issues of our time. Passionate about purpose-driven storytelling and real-world impact, she has collaborated with celebrities, global executives, nonprofit leaders, and heads of government to elevate issues ranging from consumer safety and environmental protection to gender equality, aging, workforce development, and international trade and economic growth. Jessie is currently a Partner on the Global Public Affairs team at FINN Partners, one of the world’s fastest-growing independent marketing and communications agencies, where she leads integrated portfolios spanning media relations, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, events, executive visibility, and crisis communications. Prior to FINN, she held roles at two additional agencies, the U.S. House of Representatives, the National Governors Association, and a national clean energy nonprofit, building expertise across government, advocacy, and communications. Her award-winning work has included high-profile campaigns for organizations like National Geographic, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Trust for the National Mall, and Emerson Collective, as well as international government and tourism clients. A 2006 graduate of the University of Rhode Island Harrington School of Communication and Media and a 2011 Georgetown University MPS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications alumna, Jessie remains deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of communications professionals through advisory and industry engagement opportunities. She lives in the Philadelphia region with her husband and three daughters.
