Biography
Angie Chiang is lecturer in Public Relations and Communication Studies. She received her Ph.D. in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Calgary in Canada with research interests including the evolution of public relations, post-television audience reception, fandom, complex narrative and convergence culture. She also has professional experience working as a communications and marketing strategist and researcher in the areas of non-profit, artist-run organizations, education and advertising.
