Biography
Bill has guided Parthenon’s vision since its founding in 1991. In 2014, Parthenon combined with EY, and Bill continues to lead the global EY-Parthenon team. He is a recognized authority in corporate and business unit strategy and in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Bill was a director at Bain & Company, where he founded and led the M&A and integration practice.
Philanthropically, Bill has been very active. He serves on the UNICEF New England regional board and was a recipient, along with his wife, Alli, of the Helenka Pantaleoni Humanitarian Award. He is also on the Massachusetts General Hospital for Children board. Over the years, Bill has been the chairman of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Tuck School at Dartmouth College, Tenacity, the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, the Massachusetts High Technology Council, Lawrence Academy and the Nashoba Brooks School. Tuck School awarded Bill with the 2012 Overseer Medal after serving 11 years as chairman.
Bill holds a BA in Public and International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
