Biography

Dr. Butcher earned an M.A. in International Affairs (Communication & Development Studies) and a Ph.D. in Mass Communications and has taught university courses in traditional and non-traditional settings, domestically and internationally, on the ground, online and hybrid courses. As an experienced speaker and writer, she enjoys helping students and professionals articulate their ideas through oral and written communications. As an educator she appreciates opportunities to facilitate students exploring topics related to interpersonal communication, mass communication, rhetorical communication, and intercultural communications.
