Biography
Jessica Gray has been teaching at URI since 2005. In addition to teaching first year writing courses, she also teaches courses in electronic and digital writing, writing culture, and writing in the expressivist tradition. Gray’s scholarly interests are decidedly kaleidoscopic, but long-standing research interests include political and culture writing of the Early Republic, digital rhetorics, social justice writing, science fiction, postcolonialism, and satire and subversive humor writing.
