Biography
Mark Marosits is co-founder of Worldways Social Marketing, a full service agency that has served the marketing and communication needs of over 150 global nonprofits, foundations, governments and social ventures.
Worldways focuses on projects with high social impact, such as the reduction of infant mortality rates, conservation of natural resources, and poverty alleviation. Marosits has led the evolution of Worldways’ digital practice for social good, and contributed to its growth and recognition three times as an Inc. 5000 company.
Prior to Worldways, Marosits served as a principal with the largest privately-held healthcare consultancy in the U.S., where he led the national marketing and communication practice, and as a senior executive for marketing and communication with two regional healthcare systems.
Marosits has an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island, and a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
Marosits resides in Newport, and is active in Rhode Island’s social venture community, including serving on the board of Social Enterprise Greenhouse.
