What is College Work Study?
• College work study is money that is given to a student based on their FAFSA application to be used strictly by the department
that hires the student for 75% of the students pay.
When is an appointment level budget necessary?
• When an in house employee (student, grad or internal) needs to be charged to an account (CFS) that is not the department default account,then an appointment level budget must be created to tell the system the CFS to charge for this employee.
