
Rhode Island Premiere of Silence on the Streets

The signature event of the 30th Anniversary celebration of URI’s John Hazen White Sr. Center for Ethics and Public Service will be the Rhode Island premiere of the award-winning documentary “Silence on the Streets” on Thursday, Nov. 6 in Edwards Auditorium.
This film examines the impact of the illicit opioid crisis on urban and vulnerable communities. It represents a unique public service partnership among creative artists, public health professionals, and law enforcement agencies.

The event is free and open to the public; however, registration is recommended.
