A successful NES-LTER Summer 2021 Cruise

Amanda, Jason and Pierre are back from the NES-LTER Summer 2021 Cruise onboard the Endeavor. It was the first time for Amanda and Jason sailing onboard a research vessel, and they both did a great job. Amanda got new data for her project and Jason was able to test in real conditions his home-made Planktonscope (more details in a future post). A total of 6 stations were sampled along the transect, and 700 filtrations were performed. The first results in terms of phytoplankton growth and microzooplankton looks particularly promising. Always a pleasure (and a success) to be part of the NES-LTER cruises and to sail with our colleagues.
