We’re delighted to announce that David Boardman, distinguished journalist, editor, and committed supporter of Metcalf Institute, will be joining our advisory board. David has a storied career in journalism, and has served as dean to Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication since 2013. He was formerly the editor-in-chief of the Seattle Times, which received four Pulitzer Prizes under his leadership. As a longtime friend to Metcalf, he has served as chair of the jury of the Grantham Prize for Excellence in Reporting on the Environment and facilitated past Seattle Times reporters’ involvement in Metcalf programming. We’re grateful for David’s ongoing involvement in the Metcalf community, his journalistic excellence, and his vision, support and voice as we shape Metcalf’s 25th year of programming and beyond.
