Biography

Daniel Shailer is a British freelance environmental reporter. He has worked in newsrooms from Mexico and Arizona to the Shetland Islands, and his writing has appeared in the Guardian, Scientific American and Mongabay. Daniel also likes endurance swimming; he has crossed the English Channel, and once swam a lap around Manhattan.
