We’re thrilled to welcome Nina Gregory to the Metcalf Institute team as our first-ever dedicated development officer. She will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to expand fundraising capacity for the Metcalf Institute.

Nina was previously executive director for the Fair Hill Foundation in Elkton, MD, and a consultant for National Steeplechase Foundation in Unionville, PA, where she created and executed successful fundraising campaigns and established effective public-private partnerships. Prior to that she worked for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as chief of staff, campaign manager, outreach specialist and legislative assistant. Nina has a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University, where her capstone project was Rising Seas: Managing Federal Programs to Drive Local Adaptation, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg, VA.
