Join us for a public lecture and book-signing by author Richard Louv on Tuesday, April 23rd, at 5 p.m. in URI’s Edwards Auditorium, 64 Upper College Road in Kingston, RI.
Louv’s books offer “a dose of pure inspiration, reminding us that looking up at the stars or taking a walk in the woods is as exhilarating as it is essential, at any age.”
Recipient of the Audubon Medal and author of the national bestseller, Last Child in the Woods, his books have been translated and published in 24 countries, and have helped launch an international movement to connect children, families and communities to nature. He is co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Children & Nature Network, an organization that helps build the movement.
