Biography

Phoebe Neel is a Rhode Island native, and Communication Specialist for Metcalf Institute. She studied Environmental Studies at Brown University and Naropa University, and later started a sustainable floral design and event photography business, Ephemera Designs. She grows peonies, dahlias, and other flowers on a parcel of reclaimed land in South Providence. She also worked as a journalist based in Hawaii, writing about the intersection of food, culture, and history. She also plays the fiddle.
