Applications for the 2026 Advancing Naval Careers Through Higher-Ed Outreach and Research (ANCHOR) Fellowship are due February 13, 2026.
ApplyANCHOR Fellowships are open to U.S. citizen undergraduate engineering students in their sophomore through senior years. The Fellowship is a paid summer opportunity for students to gain experience in research labs.
Overview
- The program runs from May 26 to July 31 during summer 2026.
- Fellows will work 30 hours per week while receiving a stipend of $6500.
- On-campus housing and food are provided.

Who is Eligible to Apply?
To participate in this program, students must:
- Be U.S. citizens
- Pass a background check
- Complete mandatory training
- Be rising sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduates
