- Dr. Shahriari gave a webinar presentation on Modality Fusion: EEG-fNIRS Convergence for a Deeper Dive into Auditory Processing for the NIRx webinar series that included over 30 participants.
- Our lab members presented a demonstration of a BCI-controlled robot at the Pawtucket Brain Fair. This outreach event provided an opportunity to present BCI technology to the general public at an event with hundreds of attendees.

- We are excited to announce that we are awarded a new project entitled “An Adaptive Closed-Loop Robotic Exoskeleton for Upper Extremity Motor Rehabilitation” by NSF. This is a collaborative project between Dr. Shahriari with Dr. Abiri who is the lead PI on this project, and Dr. Furmanek.
- Dr. Shahriari organized and conducted the Multimodal Neuroimaging Workshop at the 10th International Brain Computer Interface Meeting.
