Andrew Gill is a marine and fisheries biologist and an expert on electromagnetic field and underwater noise effects on marine organisms. URI and Gill have collaborated on electromagnetic field studies funded by U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Deepwater Wind and National Grid for the last five years.
