What's the best part of being an orientation leader?

The best part about being an OL is definitely the lasting impact you have on the students you meet. You learn from them just as much as they learn from you, and from that point on, the relationships made are cultivated and it carries on to when the school year starts. It's an amazing feeling being able to make incoming students feel comfortable and welcomed when they arrive to a new environment because the transition can be scary.

What are you most looking forward to this summer?

I am most excited to spend time with the team this summer, especially during training. Aside from this, I'm excited to meet new people and develop my leadership kills even further while at the same time helping others grow in their own way.
